Fundraising Program Terms and Conditions

Project KOPEG pays participating organizations a marketable value for each qualifying item. Contact your fundraiser consultant more information.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Equipment Requirements: Handsets will qualify for payment if in good working condition, if they power up, and are able to make a test call. Phones must be in good condition and free from glaring defects such as water damage, cracked screens, missing or non-functional buttons, etc to qualify for full payment. Phones with defects may be accepted for payment at a discounted rate of 20-80% of the full price. Please send all the batteries and any other accessories (i.e. chargers, headsets) you collect to us to be properly recycled. People often have additional batteries and these should be included with the phones.

Shipping: Project KOPEG will pay all shipping costs to send collected cell phones to our facilities (from US addresses only). Once your organization has collected 30 or more cell phones, contact us to schedule a UPS pickup. When shipping the collected items, any sturdy box can be used.  We offer free shipping only when your organization has 30 or more cell phones or ink cartridges.  If you use the form without having the minimum requirements, your fundraiser will be charged for the shipping and a $5 processing fee per box shipped.  It is a good idea to get all the plastic and cardboard packaging and manuals recycled at a local recycling center to save room in the box(es).

Privacy Policy: Project KOPEG will not sell or allow an affiliate or third party to use any of the information provided by program participants for the purposes of solicitation.

Email Addresses: Project KOPEG uses email as our primary means of communicating with program participants. It is extremely important that program participants provide valid email addresses and update them when they change if they wish to receive shipment confirmations and other program update information. (NOTE: To ensure reception of important email correspondence from Project KOPEG, please add info@ProjectKOPEG.com to your email address book.)
